The Phase II extension of H Mart Orlando is reaching a pivotal milestone as the building’s facade takes shape. We are currently focusing on the Main Entrance, installing high-performance glass storefronts and architectural canopy systems that will define the visual identity of this new retail space.

🛠️ Architectural Storefront & Glazing – We are installing large-scale, energy-efficient glass panels and aluminum frames to create a modern, inviting entrance. This glazing work provides a sophisticated visual balance to the robust concrete structure of the facility.

🚧 Metal Canopy & Entrance Protection – A heavy-duty metal canopy system has been integrated above the entrance. This feature not only provides essential protection from Florida’s weather but also adds a rhythmic architectural depth to the massive facade.

🧱 Exterior Wall Finish & Segmentation – To ensure architectural continuity, we applied high-quality concrete panels consistent with the original building’s palette. Every section of the exterior wall has been meticulously finished for both structural endurance and visual harmony.

🚰Underground Utility Infrastructure – Concurrent with site prep, we are installing critical underground utility lines and drainage systems. This infrastructure is engineered to integrate seamlessly with the main building’s existing MEP network for maximum operational efficiency.

Inside the Phase II building, the interior build-out and MEP integration for the new Food Court are in full swing. We are meticulously crafting the layout for diverse culinary vendors, utilizing high ceilings and precision-engineered systems to create a next-generation dining destination at H Mart Orlando.

🧱 Vendor Space Framing & Drywall Installation – We are framing and installing drywalls to define individual vendor stalls and kitchen areas. Each section is strategically positioned based on optimized traffic flow and operational efficiency for future culinary brands.

🌬️Advanced Industrial Ventilation & HVAC – High-capacity industrial ventilation and open-duct HVAC systems are being installed across the expansive ceiling. These systems are engineered to manage airflow and temperature effectively, ensuring a comfortable environment for both diners and kitchen staff.

⚡MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Coordination- Our team is coordinating complex MEP systems, including electrical wiring, fire suppression, and lighting lines. This systematic integration is critical for supporting the continuous commercial demands of a high-traffic food court.

🧼Floor Preparation for High-Durability Finish- The flooring is being prepared for high-durability finishes, specifically designed to withstand heavy foot traffic while meeting strict food safety and sanitation standards.
