🟨 CURRY 88 – Orlando, FL
Restaurant Build-Out
FH Enterprise completed the design and construction of CURRY 88, a Japanese curry restaurant located inside the H Mart Orlando Phase 2 food hall.
The project was developed to create a distinctive restaurant identity within a shared food-hall environment. Our team translated CURRY 88’s Japanese-inspired brand concept into a complete commercial space that balances visual character, customer accessibility, and efficient restaurant operations.

✨ A Modern Interpretation of Japanese Curry Culture
A wood-paneled feature wall establishes warmth across the upper façade, while the yellow brand accents and Japanese-inspired patterns reinforce the restaurant’s identity. The prominent CURRY 88 signage, accompanied by the Japanese lettering for curry rice, makes the brand immediately recognizable from across the food hall.
Below the main sign, framed textured-glass panels introduce another layer of detail while helping organize the menu and service area. Patterned wall finishes, custom graphics, and contrasting geometric tiles give the storefront a distinctive appearance without separating it from the surrounding dining environment.

✨Designed for Strong Visual Identity
One of the defining features of the project is its carefully coordinated mix of color, pattern, texture, and signage.
The warm wood finish is paired with yellow branding, retro-inspired wall patterns, light wood trim, and a bold orange-and-white geometric tile design at the service counter. Together, these materials create a restaurant that feels lively and approachable while maintaining a clear Japanese-inspired identity.
Custom wall graphics and menu displays were incorporated into the architecture rather than treated as separate decorative elements. This allows the food, branding, and interior finishes to work together as one consistent customer experience.

✨A Functional Food-Hall Build-Out
Beyond the visual design, the CURRY 88 project required careful planning for the daily operation of a commercial restaurant.
FH Enterprise coordinated the customer-facing counter, digital menu displays, point-of-sale area, kitchen service opening, food-service equipment, lighting, and back-of-house access. Durable surfaces and stainless-steel components were incorporated in areas requiring frequent cleaning and heavy daily use.
The completed layout provides a clear ordering point for customers while maintaining an efficient connection between the front counter and kitchen.
