🟨 A 5-Year Waste Management & Monitoring Service Contract Supporting SK hynix’s Landmark Semiconductor Development

FH Enterprise Construction Holdings, Inc. is proud to announce the award of a 5-year waste management and site monitoring service contract in connection with SK hynix’s semiconductor packaging and R&D facility in West Lafayette, Indiana.

FH Enterprise Construction Holdings, Inc. Awarded Waste Management Operations Contract for a Large-Scale Semiconductor Project

FH Enterprise Construction Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has recently been awarded a waste management and operations service contract supporting a large-scale semiconductor development project. This contract goes beyond simple waste collection and includes the systematic classification of various waste streams on site, dumpster operations, swap request coordination, tracking and documentation, recyclable material management, and hazardous waste response protocols—forming a comprehensive site-wide waste management operation.

The scope of on-site operations includes the separate management of general construction debris, recyclable scrap, daily general waste, concrete debris, and hazardous materials. It is structured to provide integrated oversight of proper waste placement by category, signage systems, swap timing control, and safety and environmental recordkeeping. According to the project materials, general construction debris, hazardous materials, recyclable scrap, daily general waste, and concrete debris are each designated for separate handling, with signage standards also provided to support proper waste segregation across the site.

In particular, hazardous material control, recyclable material tracking, weight documentation, overflow prevention, and housekeeping-related coordination require the high level of organization and compliance response expected in advanced industrial environments. The uploaded operational materials specify that dumpsters must be swapped once they reach a certain fill level, and that swap logs and master tracking logs are to be maintained. Hazardous materials must be stored separately from general waste and managed with proper labeling, SDS documentation, trained personnel, PPE, licensed haulers, and manifest tracking. Recyclable materials are also subject to weight ticket and revenue tracking. Altogether, these requirements demonstrate that this contract is not a simple disposal assignment, but a structured and comprehensive operational management engagement.

This award represents a meaningful achievement for FH Enterprise Construction Holdings, Inc., reflecting the company’s continued expansion beyond construction into site operations, environmental management, and sustainable project support. By delivering safe, organized, and efficient field solutions tailored to complex project requirements, FH aims to continue serving as a trusted partner supporting the successful execution of large-scale advanced industrial developments.

Moving forward, FH Enterprise Construction Holdings, Inc. will continue to support the successful delivery of diverse industrial projects through dependable field execution and refined operational systems.
