🍳 About the Brand – Eggcellent

Eggcellent is a premium egg sandwich café known for its signature “egg-explosion sandwiches.”

Each sandwich is freshly cooked to order using cage-free, antibiotic-free eggs,
paired with 12-hour cold-fermented brioche bread made with butter, milk, and eggs for a rich, soft texture.

Since its founding in 2018, Eggcellent has expanded to 115+ stores with an average annual growth rate of 15% and an impressive 90% repurchase rate, making it one of Korea’s most beloved breakfast brands.

The Orlando store marks Eggcellent’s first flagship expansion into the U.S., bringing its signature aroma, soft texture, and cheerful color palette to Florida —
a place where people now pause for the scent of freshly cooked eggs and toasted bread.
