FH Enterprise Construction Holdings is proud to announce that it has been selected as an approved construction vendor for SK hynix’s landmark semiconductor packaging and R&D complex in West Lafayette, Indiana — one of the largest and most strategically significant infrastructure projects in U.S. history.
Given the unprecedented scale of this development, the project will be executed by a carefully selected consortium of specialized construction vendors. FH Enterprise has been contracted as one of those vendors, with specific scope of work to be determined as the project advances into its construction phase.

About the SK hynix West Lafayette Project
SK hynix, the world’s leading producer of High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM) chips, is investing approximately $3.87 billion to establish America’s first advanced packaging fabrication and R&D facility for AI products on a 133.5-acre site at the Purdue Research Park. The facility will mass-produce next-generation HBM chips — the critical memory components powering today’s AI systems and GPUs.
Backed by $458 million in CHIPS Act funding from the U.S. Department of Commerce, this 340,000 sq ft facility is set to begin mass production in the second half of 2028, and represents the single largest development project in Indiana’s history.

Due to the massive scale and complexity of this project, SK hynix has assembled a team of vetted construction vendors across multiple disciplines. FH Enterprise Construction has been officially selected as part of this vendor network, with our specific construction scope to be assigned as the project moves into full construction phase in 2026–2027.
